We want to ensure that you have a positive shopping experience. Our refund/return policy outlines the guidelines for requesting refunds and returning items purchased through our website. Please read the following instructions carefully:

Eligibility for Refunds/Returns
In order to receive a refund for coaching services, the client must provide a written description of their request, as well as reasons why a refund is being requested. A refund for services will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and all refunds will be initiated through Stripe and reimbursed back to the card used for purchase.

Initiating a Refund/Return Request
In order to initiate a refund, please contact Jessica Durando at [email protected], stating your reasons for requesting a refund, as well as the amount requested.

Required Information
In your email requesting a refund, please include the dollar amount as well as the month of coaching/specific ebook you are requesting a refund for. All requests must be submitted within 7 days post-purchase.

Refund/Return Approval Process
All refunds are approved on a case-by-case basis. Upon receiving your request, you will receive an email or text within 72 hours letting you know if request has been approved or denied.

Refund/Return Options
All refunds will be provided to the original payment method.

Shipping and Handling
Due to all services being provided via virtual services or digital downloads, no shipping or handling fees will be considered.

Exceptions and Exclusions
All coaching subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Clients are responsible for attending/providing their check-in. Should clients not be able to make their call time, this coach will do their best to reschedule, but if another check-in time isn’t conducive to the schedule of both coach and client, the client will NOT receive a refund for that session. If the coach needs to change the check-in schedule, then the client may receive a refund or delay in billing. After 30 days, a client cannot receive a refund for previous billing months.

Damage or Defects
Not applicable due to virtual sessions and digital products.

Termination
We may cancel or terminate your right to use the Site or any part of the Site at any time without notice. In the event of cancellation or termination, you are no longer authorized to access the part of the Site affected by such cancellation or termination. The restrictions imposed on you with respect to material downloaded from the Site, and the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in these Terms of Service, shall survive.
